Could this be a light at the end of the tunnel or just the oncoming train?

    Peoples reactions have been great and I am getting letters about the site from all over the world. For a car that should have gone to the boneyard, we can all really take pride. I think we are only about 4 to 6 weeks from generating hot oil.



 
 
 

In order to go fast, you go have to be able to slow down. In order to slow down you have to keep your brakes cool! 
Attention to details meant even doing a restoration on the original serial number I.D. plate.
This is the interior really looking tidy before the seat and harnesses are installed. Those big bars in the cage ought to keep me in one piece.
Seen here was "Dr." Rea having donned his surgical gloves performing surgery on the C.V. joints. Actually it was just Monti playing in the grease.
This is the engine prior to getting it ready. It is a 2.7 liter derivitive. It has twin plugs, 46mm Webers, RSR ports, RSR sprint cams, Titanium retainers, Stainless exhaust valves, and who knows what else inside. I just hope I get a few events in with all that stuff staying inside!
The chrome hood pins look nice and behind that big opening is an even bigger oil cooler.
