Your current system out of date and need upgrading? Need a second system or want to get your kids a system? Looking at all the choices available at retail stores making you dizzy, we can help! We will make sure you get the PC that will meet your needs and budget. We ask the important questions that you will be able to answer, not questions like what speed processor, how much memory, what size hard drive or what kinda optical drive you looking to get! If you know what computer system you want in regards to the processor, memory, hard drive ect, we can help you out there also!

Why are our Custom Computers better than ones found at retail centers? (Top of page)

The PC's sold at the retail shops from the major manufacturers (including most Dell, Compaq, HP and Gateway computers) are built with either proprietary (including case design) or integrated hardware. What does that mean you ask? below is the explanation for both terms;
 
 
Proprietary - This means the hardware was specially designed for or by the manufacturer and you would need to go through them for repair or replacement.
Integrated - This means that most hardware is part of the main systemboard and if for example the video adapter goes bad the whole systemboard would need to be replaced.
 

Our custom PC's are built from standard industry hardware components (case included) and not integrated on the systemboard. In some cases depending on systemboard used it may have the Network Interface, Sound and Modem contollers integrated into the systemboard. We do not use intergrated video unless requested by client!

We do not use low-end components that can cause incompatiblitiy or performance issues, we use well known components from well known manufacturers like Asus, Abit, MSI, Gigabyte, ATI and nVidia just to name a few. Our PC's have high ventilation because heat is a systems worst enemy! This policy may mean that our PC's are not going to be the lowest priced available, but you can be sure they are high quality! We also test (burnin) all systems before they are delivered to the client.

We only charge to build and ship the system, we charge you the same amount for the components as we pay rounded up to the nearest dollar!

How does the process work? (Top of page)

Below you will see the steps highlighting the whole process from initial contact to delivery;

  1. Contact me via email (If you need advice or help choosing system)[email - nedbeam@provide.net]
  2. Use online store to select system. This emails us with configuration. (under construction)
  3. We email you back confirming order or highlighting any possible issue(s) with order or choices.
  4. We recieve payment for order via Pay Pal, Personal Check or Money Order, click here for payment policy.
  5. Components are ordered from our vendor.
  6. We inspect all components for flaws then build your system.
  7. We then test (burn-in) system to make sure it is stable.
  8. System is delivered or shipped.
